Bakersfield 1/2 Marathon (Again...)
We did it again! My father inlaw and I ran the other half marathon in Bakersfield. I was still sore from the Marathon but it was fun. Our time was 1 hr. 53 mins.
Go Lakers!
The other day Eli requested, during a Lakers game, that we all dress up in our basketball stuff (Lakers) so he could play basketball in the livingroom. Isn't he sweet. He even posed for a picture.
Diamond Valley Lake Marathon
torrential down pour but I finished.
My time was 4hrs. 5 mins. 35sec. My goal was to make it under 4hrs. but I didn't quite do it. My split time was 1hr 57min. It was hard to run fast with such strong headwinds and rough muddy terrain. I didn't even run with my Ipod (too wet.)

I did however beat my other goal, which was to beat Paul's marathon time. I shattered his time by three whole minutes. Four months of training really paid off.
New York Family Visit...
My Aunt Debbie, Uncle Gary, Cousin Tony and Uncle Joe were all in LA for a cruise and we got to spend the day hanging out. We went to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Longbeach. We had a really great time. I haven't seen them for a while and it made be realize how much I missed them. Hopefully it wont be as long until our next visit.
First day of Primary!
We were running a little late so he had breakfast on the go. When he got home I heard him singing "knees and toes, knees and toes..." That was the only part of the song he could remember.
